Commission
Two rates, clear rules
Commission is calculated on the villa price excluding the furnishing package. The rate depends on how much of the work you take on.

You give us the details of a client considering an investment on Koh Samui. We handle everything from there: the conversation, the presentation, the visit to the island and the contract.

Handling the whole client
You guide the client from the first conversation to the signed contract: you present the project, answer questions and arrange the visit. We provide the materials, current prices and prepare the documents.

Villa price excluding the turnkey furnishing package.
Payout

Application
You fill in the form at the bottom of this page. We reply and arrange a short call.

Partner agreement
We sign an agreement with the rates, the client registration rules and the payout schedule.

Materials and clients
You receive presentations, price lists and access to the panel. You register every client with us before the first presentation.

Contract and commission
The client signs the contract and pays the instalments. We pay the commission in two parts, following that schedule.
